"The apartment was close enough to many touristic atractions (15 minutes to Jardin de Louxembourg, Sorbone, Cartier Latin; 20 minutes to Montparnasse tour, 30 minutes walking to le Dome des Invalides or La Tour Eiffel or Musee d' Orsay). Close to the adress there were many shops (we liked especially La Grande Epicerie) and many ways to explore Paris ( by bus or underground- at leas 4 metro stops close). The lady that owns this apartment- Nicole was very nice and relly tried to fix the problem regarding the TV. The neighbourhood was nice. The apartment is clean and has everything is necessary. The price of the renting looks big comparing with what it offers but if we compare it with all the prices in Paris is actually a good price."

"We had a problem with the TV that we couldn 't make it function. The TV was important for my mum who is 75 years old and couldn t walk all day. Nicole relly made big efforts to solve it - she called and adviced me, she said that she send to me a tutorial which I never recived. She even asked the cleaning lady to come but she couldn't eather make it function. In the end, when there were only 2 days left, a friend of mine visited us and she solved it. The apartment is very small even for 3 persons. No place for clothes.We hardly found a place to put food for breakfast or dinner, eating mostly standing because there isn t a proper table.In the tiny kitchen there was almost imposible to cook anything- no place, not a soucepan to boil some pasta. But there were though pans and dishes, a microwave. In the first days of staying was the worst as confort, after that we got used with the small space. The sofabed in living room is a piece of garbedge that should be trown away. The upholstery is torn in at least 2 big zones because is very old and to sleep on this sofa is awful. Last week in Paris were 34 Celsius degrees and in the apartment day and night was warm. There are however fans that helped. The noise of the street is really big especially early in the morning. The stairs are nice- wood, easy to climb but there was a certain smell ( cats urine I am afraid) that remained all the time."

"We absolutely loved our stay in Nicole’s apartment. It had a fantastic central position close to the Metro, cafes, supermarkets and restaurants. The washing machine was handy and although there is no lift, it was on the second floor so was quite easy to access. The decor was lovely, the apartment was clean and the security is great. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Nicole."

"Tolle Lage. Für Sightseeing einfach optimal. Drei Metrolinien sind fußläufig erreichbar (2-9 Minuten). Diverse Buslinien ebenso oder man kann direkt zu Fuß zur Attraktion gehen. Viele Geschäfte und Cafes in der Nähe. Einfach aber zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Ausreichend Platz für 3 Personen. Flair der innenstadttypischen alten Wohnungen. Klassische alte Möbel. Sehr nette Nachbarschaft und angenehme Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen."

"Die Ausstattung könnte hier und da eine Erneuerung vertragen. Insbesondere das Schlafsofa aber auch der WLAN-Router. Die klassischen Möbel haben den Nachteil, dass sie funktional nicht so top sind, wie man das vielleicht von zu Hause gewohnt ist. Beispielsweise wenig Ablagefläche im Kleiderschrank. Hat uns aber letztlich nicht wirklich gestört. Nachts ist es laut draußen, was der engen Pariser Bauweise und der zentralen Lage geschuldet ist. Der Schall wird in den engen Häuserschluchten reflektiert. Bei geschlossenem Fenster vielleicht nicht so wild, aber im Hochsommer, wo man lüften muss, ist es nicht grad leise. Man kann nicht alles haben. Für uns war das für eine Woche in Ordnung."

"Pulito, arredato con cura, completo di tutto e con diverse accortezze non scontate (the e caffè già in dispensa, struccante in bagno, phon potente). Un bel quartiere tranquillo e ben servito, vicinissimo a due fermate della metro, comodo da raggiungere e per spostarsi nei vari punti d'interesse della città. Gentile e disponibile la proprietaria. Consigliatissimo."
